Renaissance on Main is a mixed-use development intended to revitalize the intersection of 2nd and Main and dovetail with the City of Williston’s plans for streetscaping and parking enhancements throughout the downtown area. The building includes retail space on the first floor, commercial office space on the 2nd floor, two levels of parking on floors 1 & 2, and residential apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors.
The retail spaces face Main Street, creating a welcoming pedestrian shopping environment. The office floor consists of a variety of office suite sizes to accommodate a wide array of business needs. A portion of the space is devoted to contemporary “hotel” style offices, providing businesses the flexibility to serve their staffing needs at any given time.
The residential floors contain a total of 30 dwelling units, including 4 studios, 18 one-bedrooms, 6 two-bedrooms, and 2 three-bedroom units. To keep rents affordable, 50% of the units are designated as Essential Service Worker housing, and are subject to rent requirements of the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency.
