The ground breaking ceremony for White Oaks of McHenry was brief due to the cold and wet weather. Kristi Ruderman of Gardant welcomed everyone to the ceremony- those in attendance included owner and developer Steve Barron, Rick Banas of Gardant, and mayor of McHenry, Susan Low. Each gave a short speech which was followed by a quick ground breaking photo op. A reception was held inside following the ceremony and current residents attended- all wearing Horve Builder hard hats!
