We’re happy to welcome Michelle Dresden to the team. Michelle joined the firm in January 2011 after earning a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan, where she was awarded the Eugene T. Cleland Scholarship and the James C. Jeas Scholarship. During her graduate studies, Michelle spent a semester abroad studying in Italy and traveled to Brazil for a studio project involving the Brazilian shanty towns. In addition, she worked on a collaboration between the University of Michigan’s College of Architecture and School of Dentistry for the programming and schematic design of Liberia’s first prospective college of dentistry. She earned her B.S. in Architecture also from the University of Michigan in 2005, during which she was awarded the Guido A. Binda Scholarship. In between her undergraduate and graduate studies, Michelle worked as a design architect for Crate & Barrel. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and running.
