On Thursday, March 25, Mike presented the benefits of Lean Project Delivery – Eliminating Waste and Adding Value – at the Life Services Network Annual Meeting and Expo at Chicago’s Navy Pier.
Mike discussed the benefits of lean project delivery in relation to our project, Countryside Senior Apartments, which is expected to be completed two months ahead of ahead of schedule and five percent under budget. The project is LEED Silver.
