Gateway at River City received 2012 NGBS Bronze Certification

Gateway at River City in Peoria, Illinois, recently received 2012 National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze Certification. The project provides 105 units of affordable supportive living for adults with disabilities ages 22-64.

With rigorous requirements, National Green Building Standard Certified Projects must achieve standards in Integrative Design; Lot Design, Preparation, & Development; Resource Efficiency; Energy Efficiency; Water Efficiency; Indoor Environmental Quality; and Operations, Maintenance, & Building Owner Education.
