Construction completed on Andy’s Place

Andy’s Place is now complete!

This project is a 50-unit development offering affordable, supportive housing for individuals recovering from opioid addiction and their families in Jackson, Michigan.

The first development of its kind in the state, Andy’s Place partners with the local drug court to refer individuals who qualify for the one and two-bedroom apartments. The project received low-income housing tax credits through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, along with additional grants from the state.

WJW is proud to be a partner on this important project!
